We schedule site surveys within 48 hours of first contact. Urgent faults on an existing Annual Maintenance Contract get a 24/7 response line.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes — we cover Dubai and the wider UAE. Tell us the emirate and site type and we'll confirm coverage during the consultation.
What's included in an Annual Maintenance Contract?
Scheduled preventive inspections across all installed systems, rapid-response callouts for faults, a 24/7 support line, and firmware/software update management.
Is there a warranty on installations?
Every installation carries a 2-year warranty covering both parts and workmanship.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing depends on scope — device count, cabling runs, and site access. The site survey is free, and you'll get a priced proposal with no filler line items before any work starts.
Can you handle multiple service types on one project?
That's most of our work — CCTV, access control, networking and AV are usually specified together on a single job, handled by the same engineering team from survey to handover.
