Smart Building Automation
BMS integration for HVAC, lighting and energy management across facilities.
Learn moreLighting, climate and entertainment control for modern villas.
Smart home systems fail for owners in one of two ways: too many apps to control one house, or a single app that's so complicated no one but the installer can use it. We design around a single, simple control layer — one app or wall panel for lighting, climate and entertainment together — and build in enough manual override that the house still works normally if the automation system is ever offline.
This is a residential/villa service line across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider UAE — new-build villas being fitted out from scratch, and existing homes being retrofitted with lighting, climate and entertainment control layered onto what's already there.
We walk the actual daily routine of the household before touching a device list — what time do lights need to be on for the school run, which rooms get used together — since scenes built around a real routine get used, and generic 'morning/evening' presets usually don't. Every switch and panel keeps a manual fallback wired in, tested by literally turning the automation controller off during commissioning. The final walkthrough is done with the homeowner operating the app themselves, not just watching us demo it.
Both — retrofitting an existing villa is common, though the scope of what's practical depends on existing wiring, which we assess during the site survey.
Manual override is built in as standard — light switches and thermostats still function normally without the automation layer running.
Yes — voice assistant integration is available alongside the app and wall-panel control, for households that want it.
