For multi-unit buildings, we load the directory and test call routing to every unit before residents move in, not after the first complaint.

Yes — IP intercom systems support mobile app answering from anywhere with a data connection, not just from a wall-mounted panel inside the unit.
Does video intercom work with our existing gate barrier?
In most cases we can integrate with existing barrier hardware; where the existing controller is too old or proprietary to integrate cleanly, we'll tell you that upfront rather than forcing a fragile workaround.
What's the difference between IP and analog intercom?
IP intercom runs over your network (easier to scale, supports mobile apps); analog runs on dedicated wiring (simpler, sometimes more cost-effective for a single small install). We'll recommend based on the property size.
