WiFi dead zones almost always trace back to a design that skipped the site survey — access points placed on a floor plan rather than validated against the building's actual walls, materials and interference sources. We do physical heat-mapping on site before finalizing access point placement, and design capacity for peak concurrent devices, not just average load, so performance holds up during a full conference room or a fully-booked hotel floor.

We carry a survey tool through the actual building, not just mark up a floor plan — concrete columns, elevator shafts and even furniture change signal propagation in ways drawings don't show. Access point count is set for peak concurrent device load (a packed conference room, not an empty one) then validated with real devices connecting simultaneously before we call it done. Guest, staff and IoT networks are segmented and each tested separately, so one doesn't degrade the others under load.
